Job Description


W.Bradford seeks a driven and highly-organized Project & Process Management Manager to streamline the agency’s project management and operational efforts. As the agency undergoes exponential growth, it requires a skilled, experienced and proactive individual who can keep every project moving forward. The Project & Process Management Manager will also lead W.Bradford’s efforts to develop and manage smart workflow strategies to boost efficiency, productivity, work quality and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage project management strategies to ensure all client and agency tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and monitor project progress in Basecamp with staff, contractors and clients
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Set and communicate timelines, milestones and interdependencies to ensure the flawless execution of projects
  • Assign roles and responsibilities to agency staff, contractors and interns for each project
  • Lead daily or weekly project meetings
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to boost efficiency, such as automating tasks in Basecamp
  • Report and escalate issues or delays to management as needed
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver risk management strategies to minimize project risks and delays
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Represent W.Bradford in a professional yet engaging and personable manner across all communication channels


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of project and process management experience, preferably in a managerial level
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, project management or a related field
  • Agile project management experience preferred (i.e., SCRUM)
  • Experience with project management tools (i.e., Basecamp, Trello, Asana)
  • Process design and improvement experience 
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent writing, speaking and management skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment
  • Knowledge of marketing, advertising, public relations or communications
