Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-driven professional, upbeat individual with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also demonstrate attention to detail and a can-do-attitude with a high level of integrity. The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a dependable and proven attendance record. Under the direction of the CEO, the Executive Assistant is responsible assisting the CEO for smooth operations of daily operations by providing excellent administrative support. The Executive Assistant must work with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner. This candidate will be required to accurately relay information through phone conversations, messages, emails and other forms of communication.


  • Manage and organize the CEO's daily calendar
  • Send CEO his calendar appointments for the day, reminders of important tasks and deadlines
  • Respond to all voicemails and emails
  • Interact with customers daily via telephone and email on behalf of the CEO
  • Follow up with customers as needed, create quotes, process orders and create purchase orders upon request
  • Sit in on meetings per the request of CEO while taking notes
  • Manage company-wide login credentials for both internal platforms and client digital properties
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence for CEO
  • Assist with personal matters upon request, book and arrange travel, transportation and accommodation when needed
  • Arrange lunch/coffee per CEO's request
  • Assist team members as needed, providing miscellaneous-administrative support
  • Interact with each department on various tasks
  • Handle confidential, sensitive information
